  *Experience with REST API and relational databases.

  *Some experience as a project manager or managing small teams.
  *Code management through Github.
  *Experience with DHIS2.
  *Experience with Python, Ruby on Rails & Java.
  *High independence, autonomy & experience in teleworking.
  *Fluent in Spanish.
