  Experience with Splunk is an asset
  Previous experience in 2nd/3rd line support is an asset
  Experience working with Agile methodology is an asset
  College degree or 5+ years’ experience in complex IT environments

Job Description:

• We are looking for a new colleague to reinforce the current DevOps team. development of user oriented tools to facilitate the treatment of various IT requests (password reset, software install, etc : mainly in C#/.NET development).
  Development of automation scripts on server side to automate repetitive IT support tasks
  Development of C#/.NET tools to facilitate user requests management
  Using the tools
  Jira
  Bitbucket
  Bamboo
  Selenium
  Appium testing
  Fortify
  Dynatrace
  Maintain/adapt (in case of infrastructure changes) the current script/applications developed by the DevOps team.
  Maintain system documentation, Support procedures and rota/cover arrangements.
